Anne Brengle became president of the Coast Guard Foundation in January 2008, bringing more than 30 years of non-profit management experience to the organization. She has led the Foundation team through many new initiatives to strengthen our support for the men and women of the United States Coast Guard. Going forward, Mrs. Brengle will continue to build strong partnerships and collaborations to increase the visibility of the Foundation and raise awareness and important funds for the programs that benefit Coast Guard members and their families.

Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President of Development
Brad Sisley joined the Coast Guard Foundation in 2008. As the Chief Operating Officer, Brad develops the overall strategic and operational direction for the development and communications programs. With that in mind, Brad's goal is to ensure that Foundation's staff operate in an efficient, effective, and well-coordinated manner, and that they support and enhance the mission of the Foundation.

, CPA, Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance and Administration
Suzan joined the Foundation in 2000 after serving a number of years as part of the external audit team. In her earlier years she also served as program administrator for our important support to the Coast Guard. In her current role she collaborates with the senior leadership team to ensure the fiscal and operational effectiveness of the Foundation.

, Vice President of Corporate Giving and Government Relations
Patti Gross brings 18 years of development experience to her position at the Coast Guard Foundation, where she has worked since 2005. Prior to joining the Foundation, Patti worked at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and its alumni association, giving her more than 25 years of experience working with the service. As Vice President, Patti works closely with our corporate donors to provide support to the many programs and projects of the Foundation. As the liaison to Coast Guard headquarters, Patti works with staff and senior leadership on all aspects of Foundation work; supports the Foundation President's initiatives with Headquarters and serves as liaison to other Governmental and Military entities. Patti lives and works in Washington, D.C.

, Vice President of Individual Giving and Board Relations
Lisa joined the Foundation team in 2009, and has focused on building the Foundation's core of individual supporters. In addition to meeting with donors and prospects one-on-one, she also works closely with the staff in developing opportunities for individuals all over the country to get more deeply engaged in the activities of the Foundation through special events, receptions and our fundraising dinners.

, Director of Special Events
Jean Brown joined the Foundation five years ago as part of the Special Events team. Jean brings her strong organization and people skills to the table when she directs our large fundraising dinners, receptions and events such as golf tournaments and our sailboat race. Her experience in managing everything from the mailing and seating lists, to the décor to the program for the evening, is no easy task, but she does it with finesse and flair to benefit the programs and projects of the Coast Guard Foundation. Jean also organizes our Board of Trustee meetings and gatherings.

, Director of Communications
Jennifer Fyke has worked at the Foundation for eight years, in a variety of roles including interacting with individual and corporate donors, event planning and database management. In her current role Jennifer ties all that experience together and works to communicate the Foundation's message, brand and news to board members, donors, Coast Guard members, the media and the public at large. Jennifer also oversees the database and works with the development team to implement best practices in fundraising and communication.

Bob has served as the director of facilities and systems including IT support, and resident caretaker, for more than eight years. As a retired Marine Corps Sergeant, Bob brings rigorous care and dedication to all aspects of his position. Bob works closely with the Coast Guard Academy to ensure that Shipmate Lodge and the surrounding outdoor facilities are well maintained for cadet and Coast Guard community use.

, Accountant
Dawn Bock has worked at the Foundation as the accountant since 2008. Her work consists of performing day to day business functions in the accounting department such as cash management, account reconciliation as well as assisting in office administration. She is the Foundation's scholarship administrator, serving as intermediary between scholars and their schools. Dawn assists our CFO, Suzan Springer, in balancing the general ledger and tracks and reconciles the temporarily restricted accounts and endowments.

Communications Associate
Matt joined the Foundation in 2010 as a database and development associate. He transitioned out of that role to join the communications team, a logical fit since he has more than four years of journalism experience. Matt is responsible for content creation, reporting from Foundation events, social media, and blogging for the Foundation.

, Office Manager
Lisa has been with the Foundation since 2003 performing many of the day-to-day, behind the scenes tasks that help to keep the organization running smoothly. From database work and bookkeeping, to ordering supplies and tracking office staffing and travel, she is the McGyver of our group, always ready to help wherever she is needed.

Christen joined the Coast Guard Foundation staff in May 2011. She currently handles database management and provides additional administrative support. Christen is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island's College of Business Administration.

Meagan is the newest member of the Foundation staff. She started in January of this year as Special Event Coordinator. Meagan works closely with Jean Brown and outside events staff on the Foundation's busy special events calendar, which includes our flagship awards dinners and smaller regional events. Meagan is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
