Rockland 5K Run to Remember

Take a step. Make a difference. Join the Coast Guard Foundation, with the support of community partner Bangor Savings Bank, for a 5K Run to Remember event in the City of Rockland on August 22.  Race time is 8 am.  Check-in starts at 7 am. 

The 5K starts and ends at Veterans Memorial Square at the corner of Park and Main Streets. Day of registration and check-in for all runners and walkers is at Harbor Park in Rockland.  Following the 5K, all participants are invited back to Harbor Park for an early BBQ hosted by the Chief Petty Officers Association, Northern New England Chapter.

There is no fee for the event, however registration is required.  Participants should plan to check-in at the registration table at Harbor Park starting at 7 am. Participants will receive an event bib at check-in. Coast Guard Foundation Run to Remember t-shirts will be available for purchase for $30, cash, check or credit card accepted.
