Captain Ernest W. Fox Perpetual Scholarship

This scholarship benefits active duty Coast Guard members, civilian employees, or their dependents at the Coast Guard Aviation Logistic Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The scholarship can be used for college or trade school programs.
